[ANOTHER FLAME WAR] Are dragons overpowered or not?

People eat, use the restroom, and sleep not because they are intelligent, but because these actions are necessary. But, I hope it goes without saying that, in addition to their physiological needs, they engage in many other activities?
This is not applicable to dragons, which, like any animal we can observe in the real world, are only concerned with satisfying the aforementioned needs. Of course, even the dullest of these reptiles, due to their somewhat magical nature, is considered more intelligent than many animals.
