Is a fan-made balance training session necessary?

I thought about it... if many people are not happy with this mode, we'll change it. I've made changes to the first post.

We can give it 10-14 days. I want everyone to have time to play. Just because I have 6 minutes per turn in the SOD doesn't mean I'll use the full time for every turn. But if we set it to 4 minutes, some turns might not be enough. The same goes for the game deadlines: you can play 3 games in a week, or you might not have time for one. Life is unpredictable.
