Confirmed.
There was an external dwelling of marksmen, horses, and 2 pikemen. Roads were long and gold was scarce. On the first week I built 1-6, without the 5 in the Fort.
On 121 I painted the Dungeon in the underground, with a Naga Bank nearby. On 123 I pull up the horses and marksmen, break through - minimal, retreated home. I take the Medusa dwelling on 8 and go into the Griffin Conservatory with 4 Griffin Conservatories, 47 marksmen, 90 pikemen, and single units of Griffin Conservatories - it turned out to be the max level :) That's where I lose.
