2. What about the final with such chaos? Will the SOD patriots want their own final, or will they blackmail us with their refusal (if the final is on TE-lite)? What then?

1. Let them play, it's better than not playing at all.
2. For now, it's important that the tournaments actually take place; look at the interest in the tournament topics. Even individual qualifying rounds are valuable in themselves, like Michurinsk or Kyiv; people didn't regret coming.
As for the patriots... it's possible, and it's also possible that the TE-full players will blackmail us: but the majority of the finalists will be reasonable; TE-lite is currently the only chance to hold a joint tournament.
The fact that blackmail deprives you of the chance to play in such an important event will bring overly hot-headed people back to their senses.
