Sacred Haven of Debauchery

Sometimes, it's a kind of gloomy beauty, as if the city is deserted.

It's beautiful, though. I've observed it many times. You walk through the city, and there's no one around. It's a peaceful silence. Although, occasionally cars drive by, which ruins the whole atmosphere.
