Pavel, we'll allocate you a quota, since you want it so much :) First, we need to figure out when and where the final will be held; I understand there will be no prizes. Once everything is clarified, Peter will conduct the selection process within 2-3 weeks.
Or, if there's no need to rush, we can play in Kingisepp anyway. :)

My opinion is that the Final should be held around New Year's (there will be more time to play, and no rush). But in order for the Final to take place, the remaining regions (including Peter) simply need to announce the deadline for registration for the Selection and conduct the Selection; then the Final will be decided. All that remains is to find an organizer and start the Selection.

Procrastination is like death.

At this rate, Peter won't make it to the Final, let alone the Selection.
