All castles in Heroes 3.

Sometimes it depends on the map! Yesterday, I was playing on a random map with strong monsters... There was no sawmill nearby, and the passage was blocked by a horde of dragonflies... I was playing as the Elves! I barely made it out of the valley, and there were already huge armies waiting for me! I won in the end, but it was a tough battle!
