I understand that everyone considers the random elimination of "missed" factions to be fair. However, I have a counter-proposal that, in my opinion, is fairer than any elimination and aligns with the spirit and rules of the tournament. For those players who, by chance, missed a game but still reached the first playoff round, the rule of using the remaining factions should continue until the second playoff round. In other words, for the playoffs, they would have not one faction left, like everyone else, but two, and they would be required to distribute them across the first two rounds of the playoffs. What do the judges think of this option? In my opinion, it is much fairer than eliminations! I'm willing to bet on it!
