Trying to enforce honesty, as I mentioned before, everyone has their own understanding of it, and ultimately, no one owes anything to anyone here.

There aren't that many players in Heroes. Everyone knows each other through games or through mutual acquaintances. After reading tournament reports about some players (I'll keep it to myself), I wouldn't want to play with them. I think many have come to the same conclusion, even without playing.
