In the Medusa, as with other resource-generating structures, the turn order is the same for everyone unless there's a stack upgrade...
Therefore, if you don't have enough money to place a Naga and buy them for the Medusa, I suggest this option:

Troops: 80 Imps, single Gargoyles, and 2 packs of 3 Golems!!!
Medusa in a stack of 4 or 6...
Placement: 1 stack - 3 Golems, 2 stack - single Gargoyle, 3 stack - single Gargoyle, 4 stack - Imps, 5 stack - single Gargoyle, 6 stack - 3 Golems, 7 stack - single Gargoyle...
We cover the left side with Golems, apply Haste, and approach from above and below; on the right, we use single Gargoyles and shoot with Imps, and that's it, thanks for your attention.
