"Might vs. Magic"

I would like to note that in one of the matches, point 5.2.1 of the rules was not violated, and in another, the opponent playing as a Mage lost on his own... If this continues at this pace, I'm afraid that the question of whether Mages are overpowered and whether to cancel 5.2.1 will remain open.
