Tournament Committee - general questions.

I propose organizing a tournament, something like "Mirror Wars" or "Civil War". The current draft system prevents playing with identical castles. At the same time, several players prefer to choose different heroes from the same faction at the start – this would create an opportunity to compare them in-game: Crag, Gurnisson, Gundula, etc., or Tazar, Bron, and Vistan. The main requirement is to play with identical castles. Dungeon should either be excluded or the Miner should be banned from the start. Naturally, the rules will require some clarifications.

Is it possible to implement my proposal?
