- What internet traffic speed is needed for a normal game?

4 kb/s is more than enough. I think any internet connection will be sufficient for the game at the moment.

- Which browser is best to play in (I'm primarily interested in Opera)?

Any browser. Moreover, you'll need to play in different browsers during testing, so it would be great if you play in Opera.

- What PC requirements are you planning for?

Any computer that can play Flash games. We tested it on a Celeron 1GHz with 256 MB of RAM. It handles it quite well.
