but they’ve just started, and their list of cities is still quite small, but they have a tendency to expand, so I think that in a year, Yota will reach Novosibirsk too. ;)

For reference: Yota is based on Wi-Fi technology, so the speeds there are simply amazing; they claim that the speed can be up to 10 Mbps. In reality, I personally haven’t achieved speeds higher than 1 Mbps, but still, 1 megabit per second, unlimited, and for 1000 rubles a month, that’s great.
