Questions about the Chinese rules:
1) How are towns/heroes/colors selected?
2) Time per turn?
3) Already asked - no answer yet - during a Monster Month, can they be recruited without Diplomacy?
4) So red-rush is essentially allowed with a small caveat?
5) Is it allowed to build in secondary towns of Conflux and Necropolis?

1) Random.
2) 6-8 minutes, by mutual agreement.
3) Not allowed at all.
4) Yes, only attacking the native town is forbidden.
5) Yes, it is allowed.

Changes have been made to the Chinese rules regarding restarts:
Mandatory restarts - if there is no road to the native secondary town and if water appears on the map.
