Necropolis vs. Dungeon

Warlock breaks through magic resistance. As far as I know, undead protection against magic isn't resistance, but simply reduces chaos damage, which will work against Warlocks.

You can also take Chaos Master, Lightning Bolt, and Mana Drain (another -20% damage).
