Confirmed. I couldn't get a decent hero for a long time – Ingvar or Ingu. I only got Ingvar on the 6th day, which slowed down my development, and I also ran into some resource issues. Building didn't slow down, but it was tight – I had to sell all the artifacts and sometimes resources. In the second week, I got lucky, and it seemed to speed up. By the end of the third week, I think I even caught up. In the third week, I was leveling up Ingu in battles; I had almost all the runes, except for, I think, the Dragon Form. In the 5th week, I went to the center, walked around there, and then the mage went to the same place in a strange way: from another center, through my resource area. I teleported home for the remaining army and went back. At first, I wanted to jump to the treasure from the center, but then I changed my mind and decided to attack – I thought he wouldn't have any reinforcements. He either brought reinforcements from the adjacent area or summoned them (opened one of the portals in the center), so he ended up with a full army. The terrain was also very unfavorable for me – all his troops were protected, and it was difficult to get close. I shouldn't have attacked; I should have jumped to the treasure to level up Chaos to expert. But as it was, the phoenix was almost impossible to kill, and the hives at the end made it impossible to move. I bought my way out with 160 spears and 260 shields. The mage had about 200 ghouls, about 100 golems, and 30 gremlins left. I rushed to level up in the Guild of Heroes, hoping to level up Chaos to expert before the mage arrived, but he headed straight for me and reached the city in 2 turns. I didn't expect him to move so far and set up camp in the city – I thought I would have one more turn. In the city, I might have been able to hold out, but as it was, there was no chance. My opponent got really lucky – the rosh was a beast with attack, defense, luck, and even combat stats that weren't inferior to my Ingvar. Thanks for the game.
