Since all the qualifiers are expected to be quite competitive, it would be logical to provide three qualifying places for each regional qualifier. That's a total of 18 people in the final.
Additional places (depending on the size of the club in the final and the capabilities of the organizers) will be provided to the qualifying tournaments with the strongest lineup.
