I have the following questions:

1. How many Heroes players will participate in the Final Stage of the Championship to determine the strongest Heroes player in the CIS?

2. What quotas are allocated for the regions?

3. Is it possible for Heroes players who did not qualify for the allocated places to participate in other regional qualifiers?

Since all the qualifiers are expected to be quite competitive, it would be logical to provide three qualifying places for each regional qualifier. That's a total of 18 people in the final.
Additional places (depending on the size of the club in the final and the capabilities of the organizers) will be provided to the qualifying tournaments with the strongest lineup.
