I'll start by saying that this was my first time playing Fortress, and as a result, I played terribly.
We took almost all the respawns, mine was left at 113, I thought for a long time whether to take it or not, the Dungeon blocked one road, I see no money in my small respawn, but just above the Castle I see a Dragon Utopia and guards (20-49 hell hounds) leading to a neighboring native respawn, I decide to play. I take my native secondary hero and two external gnoll dwellings, two crypts (1000 and 1500), the passage to the grass is guarded (elves 20-49). I go around past that ill-fated Dungeon, and money is really tight, I took a Barbarian secondary hero and killed that damned Dungeon and immediately my home (wasting a week on this detour :( ). There wasn't a single beehive at my native respawns. And the saddest part: due to a lack of money, I didn't build either Behemoths or Hydras, I played without them. I took an Elf secondary hero, a level 6 beehive, and a blue scout. On 1.4.7 I took a shield for +6 and delved a bit into the treasure zone, I see two blue flags at the Dragon Utopia!!! A complete surprise. (First mistake: how did I not see that he was fattening up there all week??? I was watching Pietr's turn movie, what a fool, right?) Then the most interesting part began: I wanted to kill Shakti (he had fewer troops), I ran after him but couldn't catch up, took the gloves and headed for Pandora's Box. But then my main town was taken. How :confused: ??? Two days ago Shakti was still in the treasure zone. Lightning fast and again unexpected. I'm being stupid with my Dragon Utopia: second mistake, I waited for growth for some reason (I was afraid of losing troops — the Dragon Utopia was max difficulty!) Although it could have been taken without major losses (I checked after the game). And Pietr takes it too, burying all my hopes. The Dragon Utopia had absolutely killer artifacts for attack and defense and +50,000 gold. If I had taken the Dragon Utopia in time, I think I would have won, or at least had a chance.
