It is anarchic because nobody restricts anyone there. And I have read the profanity that flows like a river with my own [eyes]. You can go off-topic and spam there as much as you like. The most popular thread about poker, which does not correspond to the purpose of the resource, is clear proof of that. The most popular thread in the main section is filled with a large amount of profanity and no moderation whatsoever. If that is not anarchy, then I don't know what is.
