If there is no guard protecting the passage, including if the guard has been moved, it is permissible to freely move from one spawn point to another.
Doesn't the last sentence contradict the first? No, it doesn't contradict it. For example, if the passage guard has already been defeated. Ivanhoe
Are a spawn point and a territory the same thing?
In the context of rule 5.12, they are the same thing. Samurai
In the game, I took empty Pandora boxes as a main hero (there was no Wisdom skill, but there was a book), and after a couple of turns, Solmyr attacked the opponent's main hero and hit him with Chain Lightning. I don't know if the Pandora boxes gave the entire 4th level or the entire 5th level, but not using a good opportunity to deplete the opponent's resources is also, in my opinion, a crime against strong play.
You could have used Chain Lightning against the opponent only if you were sure that the Pandora box gave the entire 4th level (or the entire Air level, for example). Without the necessary Wisdom skill, you can't know if it was level 4 or 5, but if it gave the entire Air level, you could have figured it out based on the spells you had learned at lower levels (and even then, not always).
