Thanks to everyone! Kyle, I ended up choosing Skylink. I got a C-motech CNU-680. Overall, it will do. The EVDO quality on the graph ranges from 600 to 3000, although the download speed is from 15 to 50 KB, possibly due to the signal distance. The main thing is, there are no disconnections and no turtle-like speeds of 3-5 KB, which users of other operators complain about. You can choose a plan based on your budget and needs. The modems are now priced similarly to MTS and Beeline. However, there are some quirks with choosing a plan based on promotions, so I decided to go with a more expensive and practical option in the end.
