The first registration was deleted by you personally.
In the second attempt, you failed to follow several simple rules for completing the application. I'll add that ALL other players managed to do this.
If there were any difficulties in filling out the application, you could have contacted the judge or organizer with a POLITE request to register you for the championship.
You don't like to play. You like to accuse others of not letting you play. At least, that's how it looks.
