Solmyr, Demeer, and Aislin are cheaters (and/or) kamikazes; do the rest have a right to exist?

This is a reminder that points 5.2.2 and 5.8 of the rules remain in effect. 1. The Might vs. Magic tournament should, in practice, provide an answer to the question: is there any point in canceling point 5.2.1? 2. The question of canceling point 5.2.2 (using spells transferred from specialists) was not even raised, so I don't understand why it is still being canceled in the tournament. 3. By canceling point 5.2.2 in the tournament, we will get a tournament that may not yield results regarding point 5.2.1, as spells will be transferred from specialists and used, including by fighters.
