Let me clarify. Initially, the team tournament was planned to be held twice a year, but with the possibility of adjustments depending on how much the teams "need" the tournament.
The time interval was simply too short to establish a stable tradition.
So, the tradition of holding the championship will depend on how the organizer decides.
