At least, it downloaded normally, and after an interruption, it continued from where it stopped.

I also tried this program, but it didn't work either (as it turned out, KIS 2010 was "helping" me =)). In the end, I managed to do it with FlashGot.
Now it seems to be working normally; I downloaded parts 1 and 3, processed 1 in-game week, and uploaded it here http://torrents.ru/forum//topic/2173255/ today. I think I'll upload the rest.

P.S. Optimal settings for video in any program:

codec: Xvid (in my opinion, the most suitable size-quality)
resolution: 640*480,
bitrate: 384-512 kbps (important for a small size!!),
frame rate: 10 frames/sec
format: avi, mp4, wmv
audio bitrate: 48 kbps (other parameters are not significant)
