I think you're mistaken. I reviewed the entire history – clan tournaments were held in spring and autumn of 2008. There was a team tournament at the end of spring – it started on May 14, 2008 – and there was one this spring, before the clan war. That's all. I don't know where the "twice a year" comes from.
