According to the rules, discuss all the conditions in detail, explain everything clearly.
We often can't agree among ourselves. Remember the issue with the rules in the match between the guys and the Polish players (didn't I overdo it?), even though the language barrier seemed much smaller.
Try to field the strongest possible team from our forum; there's no need to talk about how the Chinese player is developing slowly and is not a threat. If we win, their community will become more interested in our forum; if not, their interest will fade.
It seems they have a large enough player community to be open to communication.
Sorry I'm not participating; I don't know English, and I have a lot of things to do with the club tournament. I'll be actively rooting for our team.
