Let's assume that everything is as you think, but why deceive me twice about the opponent being ready to continue the game? In any case, I still believe that I have not violated anything, because I am not obligated to fulfill the absurd demands of the judges, since the rules do not say anything about it! A judge in all sports is a person who monitors compliance with the rules, and not imposes his own... I wonder why they asked me for the saves not immediately after the opponent complained, but two weeks later? :) Again, only one answer suggests itself....

I am ready to provide the save and have never refused to do so. But again, it seems to me that they should prove my guilt, and not my innocence, right? For example, it would be good to know the opponent's arguments, what exactly he suspects me of. Otherwise, anyone can claim that their opponent is a cheater when they are in an absolutely losing position. Then a familiar judge will demand saves that do not exist and award defeats...
