Amendment to section 5.2.1 of the Hv rules (regarding quick-cast spells).

I understand that changes will be made regardless, but the question is, what kind of changes? Either unban everyone, or unban everyone except Solmyr, Deemer, and Aislin.

Or maybe introduce a temporary rule for a test period, for example, 2 months? Let people play, then they can express their opinions again – based on real results – and then make a final decision on this issue....
P.S. I didn't vote because I'm not completely sure whether we should completely exclude this option...
