I turned to judge STRANNIK (according to the Rules, see paragraph 1 of this message). I decided to continue playing as if nothing had happened [...] Thus, the episode (the first controversial situation) is resolved. A few days later, I asked STRANNIK again to confirm that everything was indeed okay and that the opponent was playing. Answer: yes, he is playing.
