Champion of Champions, and in my opinion, the second deserves it just as much; it's just a matter of time. You don't just permaban someone on friendly resources, I'm sure. So, essentially, everything is already clear; the question of Mr. Vigo's participation in this tournament is predetermined if everything is fair (no one has played against him in the final, at least).
