Balance Rule:

1 No Joiners. No Grail. Cannot buy map. Ban Hill fort. Ban Bug. Ban Lv 4.5 Scroll. Ban Red Rush.
2 Must kill the guard first to pass, even if it is misplaced. If there are multiple stacks of monsters guarding one thing or connection, you shall kill one.
3 Banned heroes: Isra, Vidomina, Galthran, Sir Mullich, Kyrre, Gunnar, Dessa, Luna, Grindrn, Labetha.
If one of these heroes is > Lv5, it should be fired immediately.

Race Level:
Level 1 (Highest): Conflux, Necromancy
Level 2: Castle and Gold Dragon
Level 3: Others.
If one player uses a lower-level race than the other, he can use banned heroes and Lv4,5 scrolls (except Flight, Dimension Door, Town Gate, Armageddon, Implosion).
If one player uses a lv3 race and the other uses lv1, he has the right to do anything (the rules 1-3 are neglected) except scrolls of Flight, Dimension Door, and Town Gate.
