Cool, it looks like an interesting thing is being planned, but I'm afraid there will be a lot of confusion and misunderstandings regarding the rules. I've had to communicate with representatives from China – most of them don't know English as well as we do. I think it's worth discussing general rules with simpler rules and a minimum of nuances and restrictions (for example, how to explain to a Chinese player in a controversial situation that they passed a shifted guard). And even this: translating our rules into English and then into their language might result in a "broken telephone" effect...
