Heroes 3 issues under XP or Vista.

And yet, for me personally, the problem remains... all three campaigns are combined, and they run without problems under Win98... but under XP, it just won't run, and nothing helps – not compatibility mode, nor anything else... A HUGE REQUEST!!! Please advise on what to do.
