Solmyr, Demeer, and Aislin are cheaters (and/or) kamikazes; do the rest have a right to exist?

I'm in favor of unbanning all four level 4 units. In my opinion, this isn't a complication, but rather a simplification of the rules – it removes an unnecessary restriction. Naturally, to use their own units, they need to build up to level 4, so I don't see anything overpowered about it; in any case, it's worth testing this in practice. But the infamous Shakti and Galtran, as starting units, should have been banned a long time ago. Seriously.
But probably it will turn out as always – we'll talk, vote, and then forget about it.
