Correct me if I'm wrong, but in version 3.1, the Barbarian's "Summon" ability can no longer be used to destroy either a ballista or a gate (it's physically impossible). We're talking about the restriction in the tournament: "The use of the Orcs' 'Summon' ability to destroy an opponent's ballista is prohibited." Maybe I'm missing something, but if this restriction exists, why?
I haven't used this bug in a long time; maybe it's not in 3.1, I haven't checked. But if this bug has indeed been removed in 3.1, then what's the problem?

What should be considered the truth? Or maybe I'll suggest a mirror match to my opponent?
You can't suggest a mirror match to your opponent because the race selection for the game happens individually and independently of each other. This is the specific feature of the tournament. As for the mirror match, I'll add an explanation to the topic, and I'll explain it here: if a mirror match occurs and this option doesn't suit at least one of the players, an additional restart is performed. This means that it can happen in addition to the guaranteed right of each player to one restart, as provided by the rules. If a mirror match occurs in the random selection and both players are happy with it, then play on!
