Does anyone know the formula for calculating the damage reduction and absorption of Wrath?

Lost_Rage_Points = 1100 * Absorbed_Damage / Unit_Health

The only thing that might be unclear here is what "Absorbed_Damage" means.
This refers to the hero's skill in a racial ability, i.e., from 50% to 80% (for example, at a developed level, it's 60%).
