I added links to the qualifying tournament topics for St. Petersburg, Moscow, Kyiv, Novosibirsk, and Michurinsk in the first post. And I added a link to the 6th topic - Yekaterinburg.

Also, since all the qualifying tournaments are expected to be quite competitive, it would be logical to provide three qualifying spots for each regional tournament. That's a total of 18 people in the final.
Additional spots (depending on the size of the club and the organizers' capabilities) will be awarded to the qualifying tournaments with the strongest lineups.
