For some reason, I immediately associate it with "Aliens," how they crawl out of the body, and the victim is literally turned inside out.

The Facehugger, by attaching to the victim's face, through the oral cavity, lays an embryo into the victim's body. As a result, after some time, the matured embryo gnaws through the host's chest and emerges.
It awaits a turbulent, adventure-filled life :)
