2nd offline tournament

When will the second tournament actually end? Not a round, but the entire tournament?
And when will the winner be announced? Ideally, with a date. I know where to look for the results... ;)

This will depend on the number of participants. The time to prepare saves for each round is 10 days. Therefore, if the number of participants is, for example, 16, the tournament will last about 2 months.
