1. I have slightly reworded the rules for restarts, making them more accurate:

for Jebus cross and 8mm6, instead of:
- Mandatory restart along slow paths.

- Mandatory restart if the only path leads to the treasure guard (in the base, the wording is: A restart is also possible along a strong block if no other restarts are available. Or, if one of the players cannot build a path from their Castle (the Castle is in an open field, a very rare case).

2. I have added organizational details to the first post:
- Information about the tournament progress will be updated on Tuesdays, and if possible and necessary, more frequently.
- All games in the tournament count towards the seasonal rating. The information will be provided to the seasonal rating administrator on the 1st or 2nd day of the following month.
- It is possible that games for 5th-8th place will be needed to determine the participants of the next Best of HW tournament (final-2). The question of forming the list of participants for this tournament is under consideration.
- For each game played, participants must submit a report and confirmation in this thread. Only in this case will the game be counted. It is possible to submit the report through another tournament participant or through ICQ to the administrator.
Starting with the 1/8 final games, please attach game saves to the reports. All game saves must be saved until the end of the tournament and presented upon request from the tournament administrators or any member of the AC (Administration Council).

3. I was asked a question about tech choices. I will write the rules for tech choices in the group stage at the beginning of October. Let's see what state our tables will be in.
Currently, 13 participants have not yet started playing. Three (Oelm, KostyaN, and Kash) have warned that they will have problems with games at the beginning of September. Please, participants in groups C, D, and F, schedule games with them for a later date.
