I don't know. It would be cool to create a couple of new cities as an Easter egg for the map editor, but it's not necessary to incorporate these cities into the overall storyline.

Just a group from the Middle East, I guess. That's why not much is known about them in Russia. It's led by some guy named Zeil. I don't know anything else.
As I understand it, the Forge team adheres to the 3DO concept...
