So, your city is a Colony.
It is home to elementalists and wanderers, originating from the Colonies. Besides them, the city is populated by all sorts of elementals, among which fairies flutter and swift phoenixes soar. Colonies are unique in that all their creatures are strongest in medium-range combat. Commanders never stop arguing whether this is a weakness of the city or a tactical advantage. One thing is clear: only the most skillful hero can lead the troops of the Colony into battle. (All elementals have neutral morale and immunity to poison).

Surprisingly, Conflux is my favorite city! It's true that it's a bit overpowered.
