The only useful spells for a demon are:
1.
Dark magic (you can't do without it, especially if the opponent isn't a Necromancer), but it might not work against Necromancer mages.
2.
Summoning can be taken for either Balance or Tumultuous Veil (but the drop chance is only 2%) – not very good.
3.
Light magic can be taken, but it mainly depends on which spells appear in the 1st and 2nd guilds (or if you just play for a longer time).
4.
Chaos can be taken for two purposes: Magic Drain or Seeking Flame. (It would be better if they gave a 10% or 8% drop chance for summoning, or even just 6% for Chaos...).
...Well, the developers really went wild with the starting skills for demons – one has wizardry, the other has chaos (I have a 3.0 pirated version). Everyone knows that demons are embodiments of ancient evil and are ready to destroy the world, so give them dark magic or leadership at the start. It's just absurd to level up wizardry for a demon at the start; chaos is more or less okay. Barbarians are already strong, so they don't need 10% defense – but a demon would really benefit from 15% defense. If anyone has similar ideas, please share them – we shouldn't leave the little devils in trouble:smile05:
