Since I didn't receive any formal education, it's understandable that ignoring two skills with a 15% bonus, as well as defense and machines, had an impact.

Is there a connection in how skills are generated? If you don't take the 15% bonus, do the 8% bonuses not appear? If it's not too much trouble, what are your thoughts on this?
