I think the poll is not very well designed.
Because no one will ever choose the second option, even if Vitalik's nickname is replaced with any other nickname. Because no one will ever be 100% sure about a person.

I am sure that if a similar poll is conducted regarding some other players, the result will be exactly the opposite compared to Vitalik, and for almost any player, at least a few people will always vote for the second option.
