Appeals Committee. Disputed situations in tournaments.

I fully support Pete and the decision of the Arbitration Committee. When the discussion on this issue started on the Heroes Portal, I wasn't fully aware of what was going on, which is why I left a justifying comment for Vitalik. Later, when some details became clearer to me, I started to doubt. In particular, the issue of Vitalik substituting Vigo in tournaments is the most obvious one; Vitalik didn't really deny it, and that alone is enough. Even if a "ban" isn't issued, it still gives you an idea of the person and their principles. As for whether Vitalik is a maphacker or not, everyone can draw their own conclusions by studying the relevant thread on the portal, watching the demos and analyses made by the respected Neoandy, plus the opinions of many authoritative players who played directly with the person in question, plus the incredible statistics of tournament wins. For those who believe that there is not enough evidence, they should think about the following: at the moment, it is almost impossible to 100% prove cheating, especially maphacking, and especially (!) for a player of Vitalik's level in Heroes of Might and Magic 3. If you take each individual moment, you can attribute everything to chance, but in total, a rather clear picture emerges. Let everyone act according to their conscience – some remain silent, some doubt, but I am in favor of decisive measures! Letting things slide in this case is not an option.
