I don't quite understand the complaints of the previous speakers. If you believe that the proposed solution involving the use of the "Champion of Champions" system is not feasible, then please suggest your own solution that will satisfy everyone, and I think everyone (and especially the Arbitration Committee) will be grateful to you.
