I wasn't trying to do anything, but all your calculations above lead nowhere because we're removing roots from the dragons, and they'll deal 9 damage (it seems the condition said they're standing close together), and then you can counterattack with griffons and add another 11 damage... How about this option? ;)

When I was talking about 7 points, I was thinking that both heroes were low on mana, but when I calculated, it turned out that Vladimir still has 30-35 mana, and Ivan has 20-25 mana, so the question is whether 6-7 Chaos Dragons + 11 damage will be enough to kill 1 Chaos Dragon and 32 puppets before they are overwhelmed by bolts.
